Affirmative Action Statement for the
Area 1 Inside Electrical JATC
| The Area 1 Inside
Electrical JATC complies with Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights
Act of 1964, Equal Employment Act of 1965, Age Discrimination in
Employment Act of 1967, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of
1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Vietnam Era
Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990, the Family Medical Leave Act of 1993, among other State
and Federal Laws related to employment. Review and affirmation
of JATC compliance will be held periodically. The Area 1 Inside Electrical JATC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, national origin/ancestry, disability, family relationship or any other protected status in accordance with applicable law.
